[woordvolgorde]
According to many, the word order is one of the hardest parts of the Dutch language. If you are also struggling with subordinate clauses, inversion and the like, this is the place to be.

Both are correct, but they are rather different in emphasis. Bijna elke dag regent het hier, Hier regent het bijna elke dag Both are correct and again the emphasis is on the first element "bijna elke dag " and "hier" respectively.

Dank je wel. ik heb nog een vraag. i am still not sure which element can i put at the beginning of the inversion sentence. like tijd, plaats, volgorde, frequency, adverbia. when these elements are all in one sentence, do they have different priority ? or, just according to my emphasis ?

Anything (or at least almost anything) can be put in front for inversion, although the frequency differs - which can be quite subtle: Putting 'altijd' or 'nooit' in front is quite rare, putting 'soms' in front usual. Still, the result is correct Dutch in all cases.
