Biki is good for vocabulary learning but it would be better to follow a beginners course. I have a teacher for speaking and she runs beginners email courses which are good so check out http://www.sayitindutch.com
or I have been learning for the past three years with The Dutch Language School. check them out at http://www.dutchlanguageschool.co.uk
They are based in Oxford and do classes if we leave near oxford or they run home courses which I have followed. they are very good.
